Seller Conduct Standards
Lyrinox Market is built around a simple idea:
Good software deserves a marketplace where buyers and developers can trust each other.
That requires standards.
Sellers should represent products honestly
Listings should not exaggerate compatibility, hide subscriptions, fake scarcity, bury material limitations, or imply certification that has not been earned.
Sell the real product.
Sellers should support what they sell
Support expectations can vary by product and price.
That is fine.
What matters is that buyers understand what is included before they purchase, and that sellers make a good-faith effort to honor the terms they publish.
Sellers should protect buyer access
Buyers should be able to access what they purchased according to the license terms.
If a product is retired, archived, transferred, or no longer maintained, sellers should handle that transition clearly.
The Lyrinox Continuity Program exists to help with long-term access when appropriate.
Sellers should keep product pages current
Outdated listings create bad purchases.
If support ends, compatibility changes, licensing changes, or a product becomes archived, the listing should say so.
Reputation is earned slowly
Seller reputation is not a launch badge.
It is built through good products, fair support, honest communication, and time.
