Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lyrinox Market (the "Platform"), operated by Lyrinox Technologies Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. We may request confirmation of that permission at any time.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, license keys, product client keys, and any account-connected software access tokens. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your contact information current, and notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized account access.

4. Marketplace Role

Lyrinox Market is a marketplace for digital software products. Most products are listed by independent sellers. Lyrinox Technologies Inc. may also sell first-party products through an official Lyrinox Technologies seller profile.

Unless a listing clearly identifies Lyrinox Technologies Inc. as the seller, product functionality, product support, product documentation, compatibility claims, update commitments, and product-specific license terms are the responsibility of the seller who listed the product.

5. Digital Products, Licenses, and Subscriptions

Lyrinox Market provides access to digital software products, downloads, license keys, subscriptions, account-bound license approvals, product client keys, product version history, and related materials offered by sellers. Product-specific license terms may vary by product, seller, license tier, billing model, version, and purchase option.

Some products are sold as one-time purchases. Other products may be sold as recurring subscriptions through Stripe. Subscription listings and checkout pages should identify the recurring billing interval before purchase. You are responsible for reviewing the product listing, license model if any, subscription terms, renewal expectations, version status, and support information before purchasing.

Licensed products may use Lyrinox Market license checks, SDKs, platform integrations, product client keys, signing-key verification, activation limits, account approval flows, or subscription status checks. If a product requires license validation, access may be denied when the license, product client key, account token, subscription, product status, or signature check is invalid, expired, revoked, refunded, or otherwise not authorized.

Open source listings must remain free to download through Lyrinox Market and may use pay-what-you-want checkout. An open source product may use Lyrinox Market licensing for marketplace functions such as download records, updates, support, hosted services, or abuse prevention, but Lyrinox Market licensing does not replace the rights granted by the product's declared open source license.

When you download a licensed product, the download may include license files or product client key files needed to use that product. You may not share, resell, publish, bypass, tamper with, or use those files outside the rights granted by the product listing and license terms.

6. Product Versions and Continuity

Products may have multiple versions or major release lines. Sellers may mark versions as active, mature, end of life, unavailable for purchase, or unavailable for download. Products archived under the Lyrinox Continuity Program may remain available to eligible buyers while no longer receiving feature updates. Availability of old versions may depend on seller settings, product status, entitlement status, marketplace policy, security review, and legal requirements.

7. Refunds and Disputes

Digital purchases and subscription charges are generally final unless a product is materially misrepresented, defective, inaccessible, incorrectly billed, or otherwise eligible for review under marketplace policy. Buyers may open a dispute within 14 days of purchase or charge. We review disputes and may issue refunds or subscription-related adjustments at our discretion.

8. Reviews, Support, and Platform Communications

Reviews, support tickets, dispute requests, and other marketplace communications must be honest, relevant, and lawful. You may not manipulate reviews, threaten users, abuse support systems, submit false reports, or use platform communications to harass, spam, deceive, or bypass marketplace policies.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to engage in illegal, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing activity. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass licensing, payment, security, or access controls
• Misusing API keys, SDKs, product client keys, license keys, account approval tokens, or platform integrations
• Uploading or distributing malware, stolen credentials, pirated software, or infringing material
• Harassing users, abusing support systems, manipulating reviews, or submitting fraudulent disputes
• Interfering with the operation, reputation, security, or availability of the Platform

10. Platform Intellectual Property and Developer Tools

The Platform, including its design, code, branding, infrastructure, and non-user content, is owned by Lyrinox Technologies Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Platform except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

SDKs, platform integrations, documentation, sample code, and other developer tools supplied by Lyrinox Market are provided under the terms attached to those tools. Access to seller SDKs and API keys may require seller status and approved API access.

11. Account Suspension, Bans, and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, ban, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for users, abuse marketplace systems, or harm the Platform. Suspensions may be temporary. Bans are indefinite unless we decide otherwise. When an account is restricted, access to purchases, downloads, licenses, API keys, seller tools, payouts, messaging, or other features may be limited as needed to protect users and the Platform.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyrinox Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any dispute must first be submitted to binding arbitration before any court action may be initiated, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting updated Terms on the Platform. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
