4. Sharing of Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — who assist us in operating the Platform, including payment processors (Stripe), email services, hosting providers, security providers, bot protection providers, CDN providers, and analytics infrastructure, under confidentiality obligations where applicable
- Legal or regulatory authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the integrity of the Platform

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use functional cookies for account sessions, security, preferences, CSRF protection, and faster account lookups. We do not use advertising cookies. Logged-in users can disable persistent functional cookies in account settings. When disabled, optional cookies are cleared and the signed login session cookie is kept browser-session-only, so you stay signed in while the browser session remains open but need to sign in again after closing it. You can also instruct your browser to refuse cookies, but authenticated Platform features may not function properly as a result.
6. SDK, API, and License Validation Data
Products protected by Lyrinox Market licensing may contact our API directly or through a platform integration to validate license status, subscription status, product identity, seller identity, activation limits, account approval, or signing-key verification. These requests may include product ID, seller tag, API key metadata, integration user tag, license key, domain, IP address, user agent, build identifier, validation result, activation status, and related diagnostic data.
We use this information to provide licensing, prevent abuse, throttle excessive requests, investigate piracy or unauthorized distribution, maintain seller and product analytics, and protect buyers, sellers, and the Platform.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the Platform solely as buyers with parental consent, in accordance with our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
11. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
