Lyrinox License Keys Field

Enable Lyrinox license keys when your product needs controlled access.

License keys are useful for:

  • Paid activation.
  • Subscription access.
  • Activation limits.
  • Manual grants.
  • Revocation and reissue workflows.
  • Product client key packaging.

Licensing adds setup work, but it gives sellers stronger control over paid software access. It also gives buyers a standard place to find keys, downloads, and product access details.

If your product is a simple file that does not need activation, you can leave licensing off.

Open source products

Open source projects may opt into Lyrinox license keys, but license checks cannot replace or narrow the open source license.

For open source listings, Lyrinox Licensing should be used for marketplace-side workflows such as download records, update access, support, hosted services, or abuse prevention. It must not make the open source project itself unusable for people who are allowed to use it under the declared open source license.
