Refunds, Disputes, and Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must describe products accurately, maintain evidence for compatibility and delivery claims, respond to support requests, and avoid interfering with refund, dispute, or fraud review. A completed payment does not make proceeds immune from later refund, reversal, dispute, chargeback, tax, or fraud adjustments.
Refunds can affect order status, licenses, and seller balances at different times. Treat a refund as complete only when the order shows the completed result. Payout availability may be delayed while Stripe or Lyrinox processes a risk, dispute, or settlement.
Do not promise a specific refund outcome or timeline unless it is supported by the published terms and the buyer's actual order status. Consumer rights vary by location; this guide does not replace legal advice.
