Default license terms define the baseline rules for a licensed product.
Use standard terms when they fit your product. Use custom terms when your product needs special rights, limits, support boundaries, update windows, or distribution rules.
Terms should be readable and consistent with the public listing. If the listing says commercial use is allowed, the terms should not contradict that.
