Manual Product Issuance for Prior Buyers

Lyrinox Market does not currently provide a public seller tool for bulk-importing prior marketplace orders or silently creating buyer accounts. Do not upload customer lists or send personal data through product fields, support messages, or waitlist forms.

Interim approach

Maintain access under the original channel’s terms. If a prior buyer asks to move, verify them through records you are authorized to use and contact Lyrinox support for a reviewed path. Do not promise that a historical purchase can be converted until support confirms the available mechanism.

Issuing access to prior buyers requires clear buyer consent, proof of purchase, the correct product and version, appropriate license limits, and protection against duplicate access. Bulk migration is not currently offered; sellers should not promise it to customers.
