Sell Software on Lyrinox Market

Lyrinox Market is for developers and publishers selling maintained software and software-shaped digital products: plugins, themes, templates, integrations, APIs, SDKs, developer tools, and related products that benefit from clear licensing and support expectations.

The marketplace is currently in public preview. You do not need to leave another marketplace or sell exclusively on Lyrinox Market. Prospective sellers can review these public resources before signing in or beginning onboarding.

Platform fees and other deductions

The highest standard one-time-sale platform fee is 9%. Current Seller Score tiers can reduce that platform fee to 6%, 3%, or 1% as a seller builds a stronger marketplace record. Subscription platform-fee tiers are calculated separately.

The platform fee is not the same thing as every deduction that can affect a payout. Stripe payment processing, currency conversion, taxes, refunds, disputes, and other transaction-specific effects are separate where applicable. Payouts, licensing, and version ownership

Seller payments use Stripe Connect. A seller completes Stripe-hosted onboarding and must remain payout-ready before marketplace payments can be routed through the connected account. Read Stripe Connect for Sellers for the current high-level flow.

Lyrinox Market includes product versions, license tiers, activation tools, and the Lyrinox License SDK. Sellers can also manually issue supported product licenses to prior buyers when they have the information and authority needed to do so. For downloadable software, Major Version Ownership is the marketplace's recommended model where practical: a buyer keeps access to the purchased major version while a seller can continue developing later major versions. It is guidance, not a claim that every product uses the same license. See Choosing a Software License Model.

Seller Score, trust, and publication

Seller Score uses completed-order revenue and sales, active product count and freshness, and eligible review ratings. The resulting score affects standard platform-fee tiers and marketplace reputation; it does not guarantee placement or sales.

Support quality, listing quality, refund handling, and policy compliance remain important marketplace trust and moderation expectations, but they do not currently calculate Seller Score. They should not be treated as ways to raise the numerical score unless the implementation changes.

Sellers prepare listings and submit products through authenticated seller tools. Products can require review before publication, and listings must accurately explain pricing, licensing, compatibility, support, screenshots, and supplied files. Preview access and founding sellers

During public preview, the seller waitlist is the first step for prospective sellers. Lyrinox is considering an earlier access period of up to 30 days for some waitlist sellers before access opens more broadly, but that access plan has not been confirmed. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee timing or access.

Separately, Lyrinox is considering a founding-seller promotion involving 20 waitlist sellers and a first-year platform-fee waiver. This possible fee promotion is not the same as early access. Eligibility, selection, exclusions, jurisdictions, fee scope, and final terms are not confirmed. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee either benefit.
